1. Statutory Rights under UK Law

Our cancellation and refund terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applicable within the United Kingdom. As a customer, your statutory rights remain fully protected at all times.

2. Guided Walking Tours & Excursion Bookings

For bookings of the Edinburgh Walking Tour (£19), Highlands Day Trip Guide (£49), or Castle Explorer Package (£59):

• Cancellations 48+ Hours Prior: Full 100% refund processed back to original payment method without penalty.
• Cancellations 24 to 48 Hours Prior: 50% refund or free ticket reschedule voucher valid for 12 months.
• Cancellations under 24 Hours: Non-refundable due to reserved guide allocation, unless supported by official medical documentation.

3. Custom Travel Planner Services

For bespoke services such as the Premium Travel Planner (£99):

• If work on your custom itinerary has not yet commenced, a full 100% refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
• Once the initial itinerary research draft has been delivered, a 50% partial fee applies to cover specialist research hours.

4. Educational Courses & Digital Downloads

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital content masterclasses (such as Photography or Whisky courses) carry a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, provided you have not logged in and streamed more than 25% of the video content.
